This privacy policy applies to our Personal AI (Artificial Intelligence) assistant application. Our service allow customers to create and download documents by using our ready-to-use templates and draft with our special feature, AI powered assistant.

Information Collected

We collect the following information from our customers when they engage our services:

  • Directly provided information

When you register for a Pystorm account or contact with us, we may request some information (such as a username, your first and last names, birthdate, phone number, profession, physical and e-mail address).

We gather any messages you send us via the Service and may gather information you provide to the Service, such as the text and photos you upload for use in your documents. This information is utilized to ensure the operation, maintenance, and functionality of the Service, as well as to communicate with you and address any concerns you may have about the Service.

If you choose not to provide your personal information, you may be unable to access or use our Service, and your overall experience with our Service may be less enjoyable.

  • Information received from third-party applications

We might obtain information about you from third parties. For instance, if you access the Service using a third-party connection or login, such as Google or engage with Pystorm through actions like "following," "liking," adding the Pystorm application, or linking your account, the third party may provide Pystorm with certain information about your usage of their service. This information can include, but is not limited to, your user ID associated with the account (e.g. Gmail address, first name & last name), an access token required to access the service, any information you have authorized the third party to share with Pystorm, and any publicly available information associated with that service.

Before connecting or linking your accounts to the Service, it's important to review and, if needed, adjust your privacy settings on third-party websites and services. You have the option to unlink your third-party account from the Service by adjusting your settings on the respective third-party service. In case you unlink your third-party account, we will no longer receive information collected about you from that service.

  • Automatically collected information

We will collect analytics data either directly or through third-party analytics tools to assist us in measuring traffic and usage patterns of the Service. These tools gather information transmitted by your browser or mobile device, including the pages you visit and other relevant details that aid us in enhancing the Service.

Every time you access the Service, your browser or mobile device automatically sends log file information. When using our Service, specific log file information is recorded by our servers. This information remains anonymous and may include details such as your web request, browser type, referring/exit pages and URLs, number of clicks, your interactions with links on the Service, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and similar information.

Device identifiers are small data files that uniquely identify your mobile device. They provide us with information about how you utilize the Service. We collect the content you generate within your Pystorm account, as well as the media you upload for its usage. This encompasses designs, images, documents, videos, and metadata related to your content.

We use the information collected to provide our services, including creating and maintaining customisable dashboards for Personal AI assistant and providing analytics. The use of information is set as below:

2.1 Providing you with the Service

We utilize the information you provide us directly to deliver the Service to you. This includes facilitating your login to Pystorm, operating and maintaining the Service, granting you access to your designs, and processing transactions made through the Service. Additionally, we use automatically collected information to remember your preferences, eliminating the need for you to re-enter them during your current and future visits.

2.2 Data analytics

We employ information about you to enhance the Pystorm Service and improve the overall user experience. This involves monitoring aggregate metrics such as the total number of visitors, traffic patterns, and demographic trends.

2.3 Data and predictive analytics

We may analyse the content, media uploads, and activities in your account, such as designs, photos, videos, audio, and search terms, in order to customise and improve the Service. This includes training our algorithms and models through machine learning techniques. Rest assured, we have strict privacy protections in place for these activities. In certain machine learning projects, where legally required or appropriate, we may seek your prior consent. Examples of these activities include detecting prohibited content for moderation and security purposes, as well as customising the Service based on your needs by utilising information from your prior behaviour, the usage patterns of other users working on similar designs, and other inferred information.

2.4 Customising the Service for you

We combine the information you provide, information collected automatically, and information received from other sources (both on and off the Service) to tailor your use of the Service according to your requirements. For instance, we may recommend templates, ingredients, and fonts that are likely to be useful to you based on your prior behaviour, as well as the preferences and actions of other users working on similar designs.

2.5 Communication regarding the Service

We use your contact information to communicate with you about critical aspects of the Service, such as technical issues, security alerts, or administrative matters.

2.6 Promotion and engagement with the Pystorm Service

We only retain personal data collected from the client's data sources for as long as necessary for the provision of our services. Once personal data is no longer required, we securely delete or destroy it in accordance with our data retention policy.
